We hope you are delighted with your Clive Christian purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery. Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns for fragrance bottles that have been unsealed or sprayed.

Return Process

  Contact our Concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it within the protective shipping carton, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Complimentary Collection

  Arrange a convenient pickup with our designated luxury courier service or use the pre-paid shipping label provided to drop off your parcel at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
